I'm so happy I found JGG. From day one Steve has been professional, punctual, informative and is definitely a master of his craft. I called him yesterday evening and he was here already this morning. He took a door I couldn't roll up more than 18" and fixed it to where it opens and closes with complete ease. Our technician for a garage door tune-up visit called in advance, and was able to come a bit earlier than our scheduled appointment time (very much appreciated)! He maintained appropriate COVID precautions (masking, distancing) as he walked me through recommendations for part replacements and other maintenance to be performed. He demonstrated how the springs were appropriately tensioned, and gave me tips for regular lubrication of key parts. Payment via credit card was contact-free and efficient. I highly advise this company for any of your garage door needs.

Gentleman came to my house on the weekend to repair a garage door my brother installed few years ago. The door had worked fine but one day it just did not.
We attempted to fix it but screwed it up even further. To the point it would not go up or down smoothly. This man who came (sorry don't know his name) looked and told me a few things he would need to do and he said he could fix it right there and then. I had a busy day and came back the next day to find the garage door working perfectly.
